Lucas Sfair
CEO / Audio Director — Lucas is a singer-songwriter. He formed his first band at the age of 13 and, ever since, he has never stopped diving deeper into the music world. Passionate about ideas and creativity, Lucas joined an advertising agency to become a copywriter in 2012 – but then decided it was time to unite his love for music and advertising and founded Canja Audio Culture.
As the CEO and Audio Director of Canja for a decade now, Lucas is known for getting the most out of every project leading the company to work with major advertising companies and produce for global brands such as Nike, Adidas, Disney+, Google, Facebook, Amazon, Instagram, TikTok, Johnnie Walker, Budweiser, Stella Artois, Coke, Samsung, Microsoft, Ford, Burger King, and McDonald's.
Always concerned with the concept and craft, Lucas has directed the music of projects that won more than a hundred awards in partnership with agencies all over the globe – including Grand Prix in Radio & Audio and Titanium at the Cannes Lions, Best of Show at One Show, Music Company of the Year at the London International Awards and a Graphite Pencil for Sound Design at the D&AD.
Because of this, Lucas was one of the youngest people to join the juries of international award shows such as Clio Awards, London International Awards, New York Festivals, El Ojo de Iberoamerica, and Clube de Criação.
In the year 2021, Lucas became an official member of the Grammys Recording Academy – showing his commitment to the artistic community and the future of the industry.
Eduardo Karas
CCO / Music Director — Eduardo started playing the guitar when he was 13 years old and collected many different musical experiences throughout the following years: playing live, learning how to play a lot of instruments, composing, recording, and teaching music.
After dropping out of music school, Eduardo majored in advertising. Fortunately, after a couple of years working in this area, destiny brought Eduardo back to the musical scene. As a music producer and composer, he joined Canja Audio Culture back in 2014.
After successfully developing several projects, his musical vision substantially became part of Canja’s DNA. In 2018, Eduardo became CCO and the Music Director of the company.
Leading a passionate team of composers, arrangers, and music producers, Eduardo musically directed Canja’s projects for global brands (Nike, Burger King, Amazon, Facebook, Disney+, Johnnie Walker, Budweiser, Samsung, and Microsoft) and won hundreds of awards in the main shows of the world – including the Grand Prix for Audio and a Titanium at the Cannes Lions, Best of Show at the One Show, Grand Prix for Original Music and Music Company of the Year at the London International Festival.
Eduardo was also invited to be part of important international juries such as New York Festivals and El Ojo de Iberoamerica.
Filipe Resende
CFO | Director — Filipe is a multi-instrumentalist and a singer-songwriter who discovered his love for music when he was just a kid. Filipe considers himself obsessed with technology and has a degree in Telecommunications. After deciding it was time to have the best of both worlds, he founded Canja Audio Culture in 2012.
As the CFO, Filipe is responsible for all the planning and strategizing, workflow, and financial operations of the company – never disregarding creativity and musicality. All of this made it possible for Canja to work for global brands (Nike, Burger King, Amazon, Facebook, Disney+, Johnnie Walker, Budweiser, Samsung, and Microsoft) and to win hundreds of awards in the main shows of the world – including the Grand Prix for Audio and a Titanium at the Cannes Lions, Best of Show at the One Show, Grand Prix for Original Music and Music Company of the Year at the London International Festival.
After these achievements of CANJA, Filipe became a member of the Grammys Recording Academy and was invited to be part of the jury in international festivals such as New York Festivals and El Ojo de Iberoamerica.
